We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective an fair to clients, the following policies are honored:
Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required to book and hold all appointments and must remain on file for future bookings.24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the following fees apply:-
Services $100 or less: 50% of the scheduled service total

Services $101 and above: $50 flat fee
All fees must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Package Clients
Package clients are subject to a $50 flat fee for any last-minute cancellation or no-show. If unpaid, we reserve the right to redeem one service from the package as payment.Complimentary Services
Complimentary services require the same 24-hour notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this window will result in the service being forfeited, and a 50% fee may be charged.Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients. Your provider will determine whether there is sufficient time to begin treatment. Full service fees apply regardless of treatment length.Partial Services & Same-Day Changes
Declined, shortened, or incomplete services will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a 50% fee may apply. This includes contraindications disclosed at the appointment, lack of readiness, or personal preference.Final Note
Out of respect for your provider and other clients, please arrive on time and plan accordingly.-
